Booking terms and conditions

Please read these terms and conditions before making a transport booking through our site. By booking through our website you agree in all respects with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you will not be able to place an order through our website.

Please note that the content of our site is not intended for minors. If a person makes a reservation for a group, it will be deemed that the person is representative for that group and that he/she has read and accepted the terms and conditions on behalf of all the persons in the group.

The material contained in this website shows general information only. A reservation is valid only when you receive an email confirmation of your booking. Please keep a copy of your booking confirmation containing your booking terms and conditions and our contact details, in order to make contact with us as easier. All communications from us will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided in the order form on the booking page. Please inform us as soon as possible if any changes occur in your booking. If we are unable to accept your request to book a vehicle for one of our services, we will send you an e-mail and try to offer an alternative, which may include additional costs.

To book your own transfer, please let us know your flight details including: your name, mobile number (to be used only in case of emergency), the date and time of arrival, flight number, name and address that you need to go to and the number of persons accompanying you.

Reservations can be made by e-mail or by phone. We recomend to use email option for the advantage of corect spelling. We require your accurate and complete information so that we can provide the service that you chose as accurately as possible. Personal data such as email address and phone number are required to contact you directly, first to confirm the assigned vehicle and if unforeseen changes would occur before departure so that we can offer assistance regarding any questions or requests that you might have.

We are committed to keeping your privacy and take your data security very seriously. These data are stored and used only for the above purposes. We will not pass any information on to any company and/or organization that is not responsible for providing any part of your travel arrangements.

Each passenger is allowed to carry one normal sized bag. Normal sized luggage are the ones that are accepted free of charge from the airline companies. Any luggage that our car/van can not accommodate is the responsibility of the passenger. If you have extra luggage, you must mention it in the "message" field, when you make the booking, along with details and dimensions. We retain the right to refuse the transfer if we find that luggage contains hazardous materials, firearms, flammable substances, which could endanger the safety of passengers or the traffic, or if luggage contravene the laws in force . It is recommended that you have a luggage insurance. In case of loss or theft of the luggage, our driver will not be held responsible for their value. Do not leave documents or valuables goods in the luggage.

Do not present yourself at the meeting point with our representative driver under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The driver may refuse to complete the service if he believes that may be jeopardized by the behavior of a passenger. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke, to drink alcohol or to eat inside our cars. Our company can and will sue anyone who causes damage to any cars booked through us.

Our company can not be held responsible for any financial or professional loss, flights or trains connections loss due to bad weather, traffic conditions, road accidents, road closing or customer providing the wrong information on the booking page. The same applies if the customer has booked the transfer on-line or by telephone but he/she did not receive any confirmation from, but we can guarantee that we will do our best for our customers to reach their destination.

We are at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with a fleet of well maintained cars with air conditioning and the latest security systems.

Our prices are per car and are the same for late in night pickups, weekends and legal holidays. All the prices on the website are expressed in Euro, but it can be paid also in the national currency (Lei) on the day of the payment. No payment will be taken at the time of the booking. The invoice will be issued in the national currency (Lei). The payment for the transfer will be paid cash after each transfer is made, or in advance by bank account transfer. Account number will be provided upon request. For transfers that exceed more than one day the payment will be made in two equal installments. The prices include VAT, driver, fuel, road tax and insurance.

For trips outside the city that are more than one day, the price of the trip adds up the accommodation and per-diem of 15 Euro / day for each driver. If the meals and accommodation are provided by the customer, we do not charge any additional fees. For international trips there are additional fees for special taxes (eg. Bridges, tunnels) and vignettes. The price of the vignettes differ depending on the ocuntry and the time of the journey.

We will not charge you for cancelations provided that you cancel within 24 hours before the booked transfer pick up time. Any changes or cancel to your reservations can be made by sending us an e-mail at After this period you will need to contact us directly by phone to 0040 726.696.576 (9.00 - 22.00 Bucharest time) in order to make changes or to cancel your reservation.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you missed your connecting flight to the airport where our car is waiting to pick you up so that we may cancel or reschedule your pick-up. Pick up from airports: 60 minutes from the flight actual arrival time. Pick up from any other point: 15 minutes from the agreed pick up time.

Changing reservation date or route destination will always lead to cancellation of the existing booking and requesting a new booking with the new coordinates. After the driver has departed to the pick up destination: the full cost of the transfer will be charged. Any changes in the time that you arrive at the pick-up point due to delays or the early arrival of your flight, and delays in security and baggage collection shall not be counted as changes to your booking provided you arrive within 60 minutes of the scheduled time.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you expressly agree that any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
